REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR CATERING: 14 – 15 JUNE 2021 – VARIOUS TOWNS/AREAS

Please submit a quote (not a tender) for catering to nfoxcroft@casidra.co.za by 10:00 on 10 June 2021 as follows and ensure that you are tax compliant and that your documentation is up to date on Casidra’s CSD:

*All meals to be Halaal or have a Halaal option.

*Beverages: Tea (Rooibos and Ceylon), Coffee, 1 x 500ml Fruit Juice(100%) and 1 x 500ml cold water must be served. Include serviettes, take-away containers, disposable knives and forks and cups.

*No Soya products must be used

 VERY IMPORTANT:

When quoting for catering, please work all extra costs (such as transport, cutlery, crockery, serviettes, etc.) into your price per person.

Do not put transport, cutlery, crockery and other extra costs on the quote and invoice – only the price per person. You may use polystyrene containers, plastic knives and forks for food.
