The evening marked not only the recognition of outstanding talent and dedication within the company but also celebrated 35 years of Casidra’s commitment to excellence. It was a night that honoured the hard work and passion of our exceptional team, whose contributions continue to drive the organisation’s success.”

During his opening address, Dr. Keith du Plessis, CEO of Casidra, expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the Top Performer Award winners. He commended their exceptional dedication, hard work and commitment, emphasising how their outstanding contributions have not only driven the company’s success but also set a benchmark for excellence. Dr. du Plessis highlighted that these awardees embody the values of innovation, teamwork and resilience and their achievements inspire the entire organisation to continually strive for greatness.

The Chairperson of the Board, Christo van der Rheede, had the honour of presenting the Long Service Awards to a group of dedicated staff members who have reached significant milestones in their careers. These individuals were recognised for their unwavering commitment, hard work, and loyalty, which have played a vital role in the organisation’s success.

Van der Rheede expressed his gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the entire Board, acknowledging the lasting impact these employees have had on the company. “Your dedication and passion are truly valued and we look forward to many more years of continued success together,” he said during the ceremony.

In his conclusion, Mr van der Rheede, thanked all the employees and reminded them of the importance of ethical behaviour in the workplace.  He said, “I want to emphasise the importance of good ethical conduct amongst our employees, particularly the young ones, as they are the leaders of tomorrow”.
