ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK – Evaluate 5 (12 months contract appointment)

Casidra currently seeks to recruit an Administrator who are proficient and skilled in providing administrative support to projects on the FRK programme.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Liaison with internal and external clients;
  • Data capturing and filing;
  • Scanning of documents;

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Administration in a bookkeeping environment
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft packages
  • A valid code B driver’s license;

Skills: Effective communication, presentation, organisational skills and computer skills.
Attitude: Honest and trustworthy, meeting deadlines, good team member, handling pressure, customer orientation.

Remuneration: The total cost of the remuneration package will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
